Advanced Nurse Practitioner Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Primary Care Careers. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in transforming and modernizing pathways of care, enabling the safe and effective sharing of skills across traditional professional boundaries.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice, education, and support to staff, patients, their families, and carers.
- Practice autonomously as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner within the designated specialty area, providing patient-centered clinical care.
- Support new ways of working that emphasize a more efficient and patient-focused service, ensuring the safe treatment, referral, and discharge of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed presentations.
- Lead the development of clinical practice and standards of care within the service, including the development of policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines in collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues.

Person Specification
- Professional registration with a relevant professional body (NMC, HCPC, or GPhC).
- Post-graduate qualification in a specific specialty or equivalent experience.
- Post-registration experience at a senior level (Band 7 or above) in the specialty area.
