NHS Clinic Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As an Infusion and Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for administering infusions, injections, and treatments to patients in our busy day unit setting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology and haematology, with experience in coordinating complex care plans and working with patients with complex needs. You will be part of a small, highly skilled team and will have the opportunity to develop a range of transferable skills to enable the provision of high-quality, patient-focused care.
Main Responsibilities:
- To deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective care to all patients and families.
- To be competent in the delivery and assessment of patients prior to Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatments (SACT) and have completed the UKONS SACT passport.
- To work within the framework for Clinical Governance to provide effective, high-quality individualized nursing care to patients and relatives/carers and to contribute to the continuing development of nursing practice.
