Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and skilled Acute Care Support Specialists who possess strong clinical and communication abilities to become part of our Medical Same Day Emergency Care Unit (MSDEC) at Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust. The MSDEC department operates in an acute care environment across multiple locations, dedicated to delivering specialized emergency services for patients with diverse medical needs, allowing many individuals requiring urgent care to be treated effectively on the same day without necessitating hospital admission.

Our aim is to enhance our services to ensure they are efficient and aligned with safe, patient-centered care. The Medicine Same Day Emergency Care (MSDEC) initiative is a crucial component of this enhancement.
