Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and serving high-quality, delicious meals that satisfy our clients and customers
  • Managing and implementing menu modifications
  • Identifying areas for enhancement in our food services
  • Acting on customer feedback to continuously elevate our offerings
  • Assisting in the development of innovative menus and culinary concepts
  • Representing our brand positively and professionally
  • Monitoring inventory levels to ensure well-stocked kitchens
  • Overseeing kitchen cleanliness to uphold hygiene standards
  • Adhering to Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations

Our ideal Culinary Specialist will possess:

  • A passion for exceptional food and outstanding customer service
  • A City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification
  • Experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen environment
  • A background in a similar culinary position
  • A valid Food Hygiene certificate
  • A flexible approach to work hours
