Job Description

Head of Education and Training – Aesthetics

CHASE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our education and training initiatives in the aesthetics field. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical aesthetics, with experience in delivering clinical support to healthcare practitioners. They will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build and implement processes that drive business growth. Additionally, they will have strong communication skills, with the ability to present and train large audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer education and training strategies to enhance customer capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customers who require technical/clinical hands-on product support.
  • Lead the development of customer education and technical training programs.
  • Review, validate, and modify training plans regularly to achieve learning solution objectives.
  • Drive the strategy of the entire training project lifecycle.
  • Accountable for the training return on investment (ROI) and pilot-test new training techniques, tools, and processes to increase training effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills with experience building processes.
  • Medical expertise in the commercial healthcare sector, with experience delivering clinical support to healthcare practitioners.
  • Must possess the necessary qualification and requirements to be registered and covered by cosmetic insurance policy.
  • Medical/clinical qualifications in non-surgical aesthetic medicine, Level 7 preferred.
  • ABPI qualified.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and train large audiences.
