Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Program Manager to join our team at Supporting Education Group. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality apprenticeship programs to our learners.
Key Responsibilities- Program Delivery: Develop and deliver apprenticeship programs for Teaching Assistants, ensuring that learners meet the required standards.
- Learner Support: Provide guidance and support to learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, including initial assessment, IAG, diagnostic, teaching-learning-assessment, and classroom delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal quality assurance strategies to deliver assessments to a high standard.
- Collaboration: Work closely with employers to maintain engagement and curriculum sequencing, ensuring that learners receive relevant and effective training.
- Progress Reviews: Conduct regular progress reviews with learners to track progress towards timely completions and provide ongoing information, advice, and guidance.
- Training and Development: Deliver training on a 1:1 or group basis, face-to-face or online, and keep up-to-date with curriculum development in relevant subject areas.
- Qualifications: Teaching Qualification at Level 3/5 or equivalent, Qualified Teacher Status, and TAQA Assessors qualification or equivalent.
- Experience: At least five years' experience of working in an education, as a tutor, training, and development environment with a demonstrable track record of successful outcomes.
- Skills: Proven experience of successfully managing the full learner journey, knowledge of standards up to level 3, 4, or 5 with different relevant awarding bodies, and knowledge of funding streams and funding requirements for the delivery of Apprenticeships, Traineeships, and other skills programs.
- Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
