We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to join our dynamic team at STEM Graduates. As an Events Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality events year-round in Europe and Australia.
About the Role
- Work closely with the Head of Events to plan and execute events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
- Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and vendors to ensure a smooth event experience.
- Monitor event budgets and ensure financial accountability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and increase attendance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in events management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Knowledge of event marketing and promotion strategies.
