Job Summary

We are recruiting enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable carers for day and night shifts, including weekends, within the Botley area. Our clients require ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefit from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheostomy care, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, and bowel management.
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have a good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Be flexible with travel and able to drive or have access to public transport.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS, which can be applied for upon registration.
