About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to meet the unique needs of each person, including personal care, daily living tasks, and community activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the individuals we support, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting individuals with autism and mental health needs.
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, promoting the dignity and well-being of all individuals.
Requirements
  • Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
  • Full UK Manual driving license (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care and support.
