Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to meet the unique needs of each person, including personal care, daily living tasks, and community activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the individuals we support, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting individuals with autism and mental health needs.
- Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, promoting the dignity and well-being of all individuals.
- Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
- Full UK Manual driving license (desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care and support.
- Competitive hourly rate.
- Overtime opportunities.
- Time and a half or double time for public holidays.
