We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity at Supply Chain Coordination Limited for a Process Improvement Lead to join our Commercial Centre of Excellence team. The aim of this Centre is to empower the Commercial Function to achieve exceptional standards across all operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Process Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and developing the standards for Commercial processes throughout the organization, ensuring consistency across both internal and external teams while monitoring and addressing any significant process discrepancies. You will oversee standard measurements and controls, striving for excellence within the category. Manage the process components within the overarching Commercial framework. Lead the continuous improvement initiatives across the Commercial function, fostering collaborative relationships across various departments. Implement and promote the use of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and practices throughout the Commercial function. Ensure robust governance for project evaluation, selection, tracking, reporting, and risk management.Additional Responsibilities:
Utilize strategic planning systems to assist others in their roles. Provide leadership and direction to team members, helping them understand their contributions to the broader business strategy. Identify and engage stakeholders at all levels, addressing their needs and concerns while developing engagement plans. Offer coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.What We Offer:
