We're searching for a Business Operations Manager to join our team to support our entire operations function (Customer service, Financial support, Complaints, etc.).
Scaling our operations function in a sustainable manner is a key area of focus for the business and this role offers the opportunity to play a part in this.
You will not just be needed to build efficient processes but also to help set out and champion our ops strategy. Imagine creating a system that predicts and resolves customer complaints automatically or a workflow that drastically cuts down the manual effort for financial support.
Measure Impact: We are a data-driven company at zeroG. Use data and direct feedback from our operations team to continuously refine our processes.Utilise data for continuous improvement: Stellar written communication skills for both internal stakeholders and customer-facing content. You will need to write clear, concise, and user-friendly material for Help Centres and automated responses. Experience writing content for AI knowledge bases is a plus.Data-Driven Decision Maker: You excel at using data to guide your decisions and measure the impact of your initiatives.Interview process
