We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our dynamic team within a technology-focused organization. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to £36,000 and requires on-site presence for at least four days a week, with the flexibility of one remote working day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and guidance to both managers and employees while leading HR enhancement initiatives.
- Act as the primary contact for all HR-related inquiries.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Partner in recruitment efforts.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Support employee relations matters.
- Manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and generate relevant data and reports for the organization.
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and assist managers in identifying training requirements.
- Demonstrates a people-centric and collaborative approach.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of curiosity.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Results-driven and action-oriented.
- CIPD Level 3 or higher, or currently pursuing this qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in a generalist HR Coordinator or HR Advisor role is essential.
