About the Role

GAP Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our Major Accounts team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing business on one of our largest major accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop business on one of our largest major accounts
  • Visit customer sites around the UK to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Promote all of GAP's divisions to sites while identifying opportunities to grow revenue for each division
  • Exceed sales targets and generate revenue growth by maximizing opportunities from existing accounts
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Work effectively under pressure and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Utilize CRM systems and MS Office packages, including Excel and Word, to manage sales activities and data
Requirements
  • Significant experience working in an area sales role within the construction/hire industry
  • Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and generating revenue growth
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize workload
  • Proficient in MS Office packages and CRM systems
  • Driving License (Essential)
