About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our Major Accounts team at GAP Group LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing business on one of our largest major accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visiting customer sites across the UK to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders through regular meetings and communication.
  • Promoting all of GAP's divisions to sites while identifying opportunities to grow revenue for each GAP division.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to exceed targets and generate revenue growth.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize workload.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages including Excel and Word, and CRM systems.
  • Driving Licence (Essential).
Requirements
  • Significant experience working in an area sales role within the construction/hire industry.
  • Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and generating revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize workload.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages including Excel and Word, and CRM systems.
