We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to join our team at SCR. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading our residential and supported living service in the Wolverhampton area.
Service OverviewOur service provides residential and supported living care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities. Our goal is to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve outstanding care and service delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Strong staff management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
We offer a competitive salary of up to £35,000 and a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care services.
