Experienced Yard Manager Wanted

As a Yard Manager at Travis Perkins plc, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our yard and drivers team to provide a first-class service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the yard and drivers team to achieve high standards of service and safety
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and transportation operations
- Monitor and maintain a safe and efficient working environment
- Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a yard or warehouse environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to work in an outdoor environment
- Knowledge of transport and logistics is highly desirable
