  • Lead a team of dedicated professionals to provide high-quality education and care to students with SEND.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve student outcomes and achievement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing and inspiring learning environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Independent School Standards and maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of school life.
  • Motivate and support staff to achieve their full potential and provide excellent support to students.
