Base Location: Tameside One

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Officer to deliver a professional recruitment and onboarding service across Tameside Council and its affiliated Schools.

As part of a collaborative team, you will provide essential administrative support, which includes conducting employment verifications, facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, and managing the input and auditing of contractual documentation. Additionally, you will offer guidance to stakeholders and contribute to enhancing systems and processes for a more streamlined service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage their workload effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial for success in this role.
