**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Fitness Manager at Village Hotels. As a key member of our leisure club team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fitness facilities and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a team of freelance group exercise staff to deliver high-quality fitness classes and programs.
- Develop and implement fitness strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Monitor and maintain the fitness floor, ensuring a safe and clean environment for members.
- Collaborate with the Leisure Club Manager to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient operation of the fitness department.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve fitness programs and services.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in fitness management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of fitness operations and management.
