Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our sales team in Colchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing a portfolio of customers who rely on us for our award-winning products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and retain existing accounts, engaging in regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop prospect opportunities and grow revenue by introducing new products that meet customer needs.
  • Learn about our products and advise customers on the most suitable options.
  • Research potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Excellent telephone manner and a willingness to build and maintain long-standing relationships with customers.
  • Drive and enthusiasm to meet and exceed agreed targets.
  • Experience with Microsoft packages and a strong understanding of SME and B2B sales and account management principles.
