Role Summary

As a member of the Transport Compliance Team, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the planning, scheduling, and compliance management of our fleet, which includes HGVs and light commercial vehicles. You will also support our operational sites in addressing vehicle defects and managing daily fleet administration across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring timely communication of upcoming tasks to operational teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle and driver information within the fleet management system.
  • Collaborate with site management to resolve day-to-day issues related to vehicle maintenance.
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to site management regarding fleet performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate driver-related KPIs.
  • Assess driver training needs and assist in coordinating training sessions with site management.
  • Perform general administrative tasks within the transport compliance function.
