Transport Compliance Officer

**Job Overview**
At Grafton Group plc, we are committed to excellence in transport compliance. We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Transport Compliance Team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Scheduling and booking maintenance tasks and communicating to plants upcoming and due events
- Maintaining vehicle and driver details within the fleet management system
- Assisting and liaising with plant management with day-to-day issues relating to the rectification of defects
- Liaise with service providers and ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Reporting and communicating information to the plant management
- Measuring driver related KPI's
- Review driver training requirements and help to co-ordinate with plant management
- General administration within the transport compliance function
**Requirements**
We are looking for a candidate with good attention to detail, good communication skills, and general computer literacy. A confident and clear telephone manner is also essential. If you have a well-organized approach and a willingness to excel, we would love to hear from you.
