Job Title: Transport Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Grafton Group plc. As a key member of our Transport Compliance Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet of HGVs and light goods vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and booking maintenance tasks and communicating with plants regarding upcoming and due events.
  • Maintaining vehicle and driver details within the fleet management system.
  • Assisting and liaising with plant management on day-to-day issues related to the rectification of defects.
  • Liaising with service providers to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Reporting and communicating information to plant management.
  • Measuring driver-related KPIs.
  • Reviewing driver training requirements and coordinating with plant management.
  • General administration within the Transport Compliance function.
Requirements:
  • Good level of attention to detail.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • General computer literacy.
  • Confident and clear telephone manner.
