Job Overview

You will support the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of the children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, planning and organizing play-based learning experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and social interaction. You will monitor children's progress, identify any areas of concern, and communicate with parents and caregivers to provide updates and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of a full and recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare. Previous experience working in an early years setting, preferably as a Nursery Practitioner or in a similar role, is essential. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and its practical application is also required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, are essential. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development is also necessary.
