About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Recovery Worker to join our team at our brand new Ashford-based Recovery House. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with enduring mental health needs, who are in crisis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide recovery-focused support to service users in accordance with their support plans.
  • Deliver services and interventions in a person-centered, non-judgmental manner, and recovery-based way.
  • Conduct daily record keeping and incident report writing.
  • Assist with inducting new staff members.
  • Work in a flexible manner on a roster basis, including office hours, evenings, some weekends, and sleep-ins.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the mental health sector is desirable but not essential.
