About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Recovery Worker to join our team at our brand new Ashford-based Recovery House. This residential service provides up to 5 days support for individuals with enduring mental health needs, who are in crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide recovery-focused support to service users in accordance with their support plans.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised support plans.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the service.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the mental health sector is desirable but not essential.
  • A genuine desire to support individuals in their recovery and a can-do attitude.
  • Compassionate, proactive, and professional approach to supporting service users with mental health and complex care needs.
  • Ability to work in a flexible manner on a roster basis, including office hours, evenings, some weekends, and sleep-ins.
