Key Responsibilities- Provide recovery-focused support to service users in accordance with their support plans.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
- Support service users with their medication and daily living needs.
- Conduct daily record keeping and incident report writing.
- Assist with the induction of new staff members.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the service adheres to infection prevention control measures.
- Previous experience in the mental health sector is desirable but not essential.
- A genuine desire to support individuals in their recovery and a can-do attitude.
- Compassionate, proactive, and professional individuals who are highly motivated, hardworking, and keen to support service users with mental health and complex care needs.
- The ability to support people who are experiencing a crisis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a flexible manner on a roster basis, including office hours, evenings, some weekends, and sleep-ins.
