About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Recovery Worker to join our team at our Ashford-based Recovery House. This residential service provides up to 5 days support for individuals with enduring mental health needs, who are in crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide recovery-focused support to service users in accordance with their support plans.
  • Deliver services and interventions in a person-centred, non-judgmental manner.
  • Record keeping and incident report writing.
  • Help with inducting new staff members.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the mental health sector is desirable but not essential.
  • A genuine desire to support individuals in their recovery and a can-do attitude.
  • Compassionate, proactive, and professional individuals who are highly motivated, hardworking, and keen to support service users with mental health and complex care needs.
