Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven ability to lead large teams across all sectors of the business.
  • Positive leadership behaviors which drive inclusion and cultural change.
  • Record of delivering financial KPIs year on year.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • SIA Licence.
  • Must hold a formal security qualification (MSC, CPP, CSC, PSP, DIP Syl) or be working towards a formal certification in security risk management.
  • Sound knowledge of security risk surveying.
