The Fire Fighters Charity is a leading provider of specialist, lifelong support for members of the UK fire services community, empowering individuals to achieve mental, physical, and social wellbeing throughout their lives.
We offer confidential, personalised support to the whole of the fire services community, whether that's at our centres, over the phone, online, or out in communities.
The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join our Marketing and Engagement team, based at our Head Office in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will deliver engaging, creative, data-driven marketing campaigns targeting our beneficiaries and supporters across the UK's fire services community.
You will utilise all our available media channels, including email, websites, direct mail, social media, on/offline advertising, and events, to promote our health and wellbeing services and support our fundraising teams in generating the income needed to fund our diverse range of services.
About YouWe're looking for an enthusiastic marketer with experience delivering marketing campaigns that demonstrate a return on investment.
You will need to be a confident communicator, calm under pressure, and keen to evidence the success of your work through data analysis.
Naturally creative and proactive, this role would ideally suit someone who is keen to take the next step in their marketing career and thinks on their feet to overcome challenges and deliver projects on-budget and on-time.

- Salary: £38,618 per annum
- Pension: 8% pension contributions (all pension contributions are paid by the Charity on your behalf)
- Paid Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holiday (prorated)
- Life assurance: 3 x basic salary
