The Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join our Marketing and Engagement team, based at our Head Office in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

As a key member of our team, you will deliver engaging, creative, data-driven marketing campaigns targeting our beneficiaries and supporters across the UK's fire services community.

You will utilize all available media channels, including email, websites, direct mail, social media, on/offline advertising, and events, to promote our health and wellbeing services and support fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that demonstrate a return on investment
  • Collaborate with teams across the Charity to promote health and wellbeing services and support fundraising efforts
  • Utilize data analysis to measure campaign success and inform future marketing strategies
  • Adapt marketing approaches to suit different audiences and translate marketing briefs and objectives into effective campaign activity
About You

We're looking for an enthusiastic marketer with experience delivering marketing campaigns that demonstrate a return on investment.

You will need to be a confident communicator, calm under pressure, and keen to evidence the success of your work through data analysis.

Naturally creative and proactive, this role would ideally suit someone who is keen to take the next step in their marketing career and thinks on their feet to overcome challenges and deliver projects on-budget and on-time.

What We Offer
  • Salary: £38,618 per annum
  • Pension: 8% pension contributions (all pension contributions are paid by the Charity on your behalf)
  • Paid Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holiday (prorated)
  • Life assurance: 3 x basic salary
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Programme and other support tools
