About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sports Coach to join our team at Kings Camps. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy, fun, and inclusive sports sessions to children aged 5-17 years.

As a Sports Coach, you will work closely with our Camp Manager and a team of like-minded individuals to create a safe and engaging environment for our young participants. Your primary focus will be on delivering market-leading activity programmes, ensuring the welfare of children is paramount at all times, and promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality sports sessions to children aged 5-17 years
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
  • Work collaboratively with the Camp Manager and team to achieve programme goals
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance coaching skills
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months' experience working with children from 5-17 years
  • At least 3 months' experience coaching a sport or active games
  • Vibrant, resilient, and team-oriented individual
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Level 2 or higher qualification in Primary or Secondary Teaching, Sports Coaching, or Physical Education
  • Paediatric First Aid (training opportunities available)
