Empowr-U is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 4 Sports Coach Apprentice to join our team
As a Level 4 Sports Coach Apprentice, you will play a vital role in driving the engagement of young people within Coventry through our dynamic sports programs. You'll have the opportunity to develop your coaching skills, contribute to the growth of Empowr-U, and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop Engaging Programs: Design and deliver exciting sports activities that cater to diverse interests and skill levels, ensuring a positive and enriching experience for participants.
- Foster Growth and Development: Create pathways for young people to develop their skills, build confidence, and achieve their full potential through sport.
- Champion Empowr-U Values: Embed our core values of inclusivity, respect, and safety into every aspect of your work, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all.
- Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate positive relationships with participants, volunteers, and partners, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
- Promote Safety and Well-being: Prioritize the safety and well-being of young people, adhering to strict safeguarding practices and promoting a culture of care.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with:
- A genuine passion for working with young people and a commitment to their development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience in coaching or leading sports activities.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- A valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
