We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Intensive and Enablement Service as an Intensive Enablement Officer.

About the Role

The Intensive and Enablement Service focuses on supporting individuals aged 18+ with a range of needs, including but not limited to; Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health.

Our service provides intensive support to individuals who are at risk of crisis, in a crisis, risk of hospitalisation, risk of placement breakdown or require a period of enablement to build on their independent living and problem-solving skills.

We work with individuals to develop their daily living skills and improve their quality of life, focusing on their strengths and resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide intensive support to individuals in their homes or in the community to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Work with individuals to develop their daily living skills and improve their quality of life.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to support.
  • Provide regular training opportunities to support staff in this role.
  • Support staff to undertake a 26-week probationary period with regular meetings to monitor progress.
Requirements

We require a full driving license and access to your own vehicle for this role.

You will be a friendly, welcoming and approachable individual who is passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs.
