About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Business Development Consultant to join our team at Reed. The role involves continuing the strong performance in the Health & Safety (H&S) sector, where the desk has shown excellent results and is well-established.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Development: Conduct B2B sales calls to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various methods to identify and attract top talent in the Health & Safety sector.
  • Candidate Matching: Match candidates with our existing and new client base, arranging interviews and meetings as needed.
  • Marketing Recruitment Services: Promote our recruitment services through multiple channels to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with finance professionals, including transactional finance level up to FDs, Chief Accountants, and Heads of Finance.
