Overview of the Role

St Clare Hospice is a charity that provides specialist palliative care to patients and families in West Essex and the East Hertfordshire borders.

This is an exciting opportunity to join St Clare Hospice Retail and develop your management skills in a busy charity retail environment.

We are looking for a creative retailer to work with our team of staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional customer service to our supporters, donors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service.
  2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  3. Manage Retail gift aid processing.
  4. Work collaboratively with staff and volunteers.
