IT Support Analyst Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a critical member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, both locally and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide initial contact for internal employees seeking assistance with computer hardware, software applications, and other desktop devices.
  • Support employees at our office near Bracknell, as well as those working remotely.
  • Process new hire requests, image and deploy laptops, and perform IT onboarding.
  • Monitor and triage incoming tickets in the IT Helpdesk Ticket Queue.
  • Research technical solutions in department-specific applications.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair desktop, laptop, and mobile issues.
  • Document procedures and develop end-user instructions.
  • Install, configure, repair, and maintain computers, desktop operating systems, software, and peripherals.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on IT Helpdesk and Desktop experience required.
  • Ability to support executives and their executive admins.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidence in technical abilities and ability to communicate effectively with non-technical end-users.
  • High energy and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft operating systems, desktop/laptop deployment and imaging solutions, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Office 365.
Education and Certifications:

Minimum AA degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience. Microsoft certifications a plus.

Package:

Basic salary up to £47,000 plus benefits.
