About the Company

Our company is a leading provider of integrated workplace solutions, specializing in office design and build and furniture. We are looking for a Project/Contracts Manager to join our team and help deliver Cat A & B office fit outs up to £3m. The ideal candidate should have worked on projects with a value between £100k - £3m. The primary role would be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Responsibility for active work site(s)
  2. Programme management
  3. Cost control
  4. Quality control
  5. Working with H&S manager/consultant to maintain high standards of safety
  6. Procurement
  7. Conversant with bills & contracts
  8. Contract correspondence
