About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Professional to join our team at Pareto. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute multi-channel sales campaigns, resulting in increased sales opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Utilize advanced business intelligence tools to identify and pursue high-value prospects, and develop personalized sales approaches to meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and value propositions to effectively communicate them to prospects and clients.
  • Promote and expand sales across our full range of products and capabilities, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a STEM discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Resilient and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
