Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at Howells Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing positive relationships with residents in social housing settings, providing information and support during refurbishment, maintenance, and major works programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with residents to prevent and limit dissatisfaction, resolve complaints and queries efficiently.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with neighbourhood housing associations and other stakeholders.
- Conduct pre-entry visits and company inductions to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Collect and process tenancy agreement and approval forms in a timely manner.
- Visit tenants in their homes to advise them on planned works and address any concerns or queries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing any problems or queries they may have.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with neighbourhood housing associations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role or in a related field is highly desirable.
- Full clean driving license and own vehicle are essential for this position.
- Decent Homes programme experience is a significant advantage.
