Children's Nurse Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Children's Nurse to join our team as a Band 7 Ward Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the nursing team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert inter-professional care for children and young people by direction, supervision, and example.
- Integrate management of inpatient wards to ensure a cohesive and streamlined service.
- Liaise and cooperate with other teams to ensure full utilization of services.
- Provide professional leadership and participate in standard setting and maintenance of care standards.
- Coordinate a team to deliver effective nursing care to patients and their families.
- Lead the Clinical Governance agenda at ward level and contribute to the Directorate agenda.
About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong nursing background and leadership skills. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience at Band 6 or above in a related specialty and be able to lead the nursing team.
