About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at Horizons, a residential transitional service for young adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. As a Children in Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Your duties will include conducting assessments, administering medication, and implementing and evaluating care plans. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered care and support our residents in achieving their goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered General Nurse with a valid NMC Pin. You will also need to be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
