Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in one of our excellent Primary Schools in Gateshead.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and be able to provide individualized support to pupils with varied SEN and challenging behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:- Support pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis, promoting their learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with Class Teachers to ensure appropriate strategies are used to meet the individual needs of pupils.
