Monday - Friday with some evening/weekend work

Thompson & Terry Recruitment is collaborating with a mission-driven organization seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Relationship Manager to enhance their engagement with sixth form educational institutions across the South West of England and Wales.


In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with a variety of educational partners in your designated area, while also proactively reaching out to potential new collaborators. Your mission will be to motivate students to participate in overseas volunteering initiatives that foster their development as engaged global citizens.


The successful candidate will oversee 20-25 student teams across 8-10 educational partners over the next year, while also identifying opportunities for growth to achieve set objectives.


As a Client Relationship Manager, you will have comprehensive responsibility for pre-trip support and administration, which includes organizing pre-departure training, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing necessary documentation, and collaborating closely with international teams to ensure the seamless execution of the overall program.


This position is ideal for a dynamic and passionate individual seeking a multifaceted role. While the focus is on sales, the successful candidate will also be tasked with nurturing relationships, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, and maintaining a keen attention to detail to deliver outstanding service consistently.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in a similar role, with a commitment to ethically achieving targets and fostering long-lasting relationships to positively influence the lives of young people and the charity.
  • Previous experience in travel or volunteering is advantageous.
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is required due to travel obligations associated with the position.
