Job Overview:

In the role of Internal Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in managing and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support. Your contributions will be vital in driving sales and supporting the overall success of our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Manage customer accounts while fostering strong relationships
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Provide customers with detailed product information and support
  • Accurately and efficiently process orders
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective business objectives
  • Maintain precise records within our CRM system


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in a similar office environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confident telephone manner with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in office software and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team


Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Sage Line 50 or similar accounting software
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or equivalent systems
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Additional sales training or certifications are advantageous
