Gekko Group is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Account Administrator. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the client services team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Account Manager/Director in supervising a nationwide field team for leading technology brands.
- Execute campaigns to maximum effect, including creating weekly reports, attending client meetings, and monitoring staff performance.
- Provide administrative support, including account administration and data management.
- Build and develop relationships with clients and field staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Facilitate smooth working practices both internally and externally, ensuring efficient communication and coordination.
- Contribute creative input to both clients and the client services team, driving innovative solutions and exceptional results.
Requirements
- Strong interest in technology and ability to learn new systems and processes.
