Temporary Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our client's dynamic team in Newbury. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders and ensure the smooth flow of operations
  • Communicate with internal and external customers through various channels
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
  • Resolve customer queries in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify alternative solutions for time-critical queries
  • Handle quotations and manage monthly equipment rental schedules
  • Work alongside other departments to meet special delivery requirements
  • Log inbound calls and customer issues
  • Monitor and maintain automated ordering systems
  • Aim to meet and exceed service levels and key performance indicators
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
