About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to lead our Telesales team at PartsPlus. As a Telesales Supervisor, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Measure and coach Telesales team performance to ensure we're meeting our sales targets.
  • Work closely with Business Development Executives and Centre Managers to execute customer promotions and campaigns.
  • Attend regular 1-to-1 meetings with your Centre Manager to discuss progress and goals.
  • Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings with the Telesales team to provide feedback and support.
  • Support with the recruitment of new Telesales colleagues to ensure we have the right talent on board.
  • Liaise with the Warehouse team to ensure all returns and credit sales transactions are processed efficiently.
  • Liaise with the Accounts team to support with customer account queries.

Requirements

  • Be a confident and capable communicator, both written and verbally.
  • Have a basic understanding of using a computer, with full training provided on our systems and software.
  • Be a team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management position is desirable.
