About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at TFG London. As a key member of our Flagship store team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail management role with a strong track record of sales achievement and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
