Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, ordering from suppliers, and liaising with clients, in-house operations, and finance teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Enabling clients to receive a smooth, accurate, and professional service
  • Supporting the team with administration tasks, such as answering phone calls and completing tasks for the senior team
  • Developing excellent computer skills and providing superior customer service
  • Knowledge of the furniture industry and products is a plus, but not essential as we provide relevant training

We offer a competitive salary, discretionary bonus scheme, and other employee benefits. You will have the opportunity to work from home one day a week and collaborate with different team members in our London studio or Dagenham head office.
